• Tahoor virtual gift vouchers are exclusively available for pre-payment (Mobile Banking or Debit/Credit Card), not applicable for Cash on Delivery.
• Purchase Tahoor gift vouchers on the Tahoor website.
• Receive the voucher activation code within 48 hours of full payment to the designated mobile number.
• Validity: 6 months after activation.
• Redeem one voucher per transaction, not combinable with others.
• Vouchers are valid for regular-priced merchandise only at Tahoor-owned stores in Bangladesh.
• Not refundable, replaceable, or transferable for cash or credit.
• Contact information is required for redemption.
• If the product price exceeds the voucher value, pay the difference in cash or card.
• Gift Voucher Code must be used in a single transaction.
• No exchanges, enhancements, or replacements for products purchased with the voucher.
• Equal or higher purchase is required during voucher redemption at Tahoor-owned retail stores.
• Excludes discounted products.
• Regular and Govt. holidays are excluded from activation hours.
• No Discount privilege and Membership card will be applicable.
